How the PDF path works

The printable route renders a clean puzzle sheet in the browser. When you choose Download PDF, the page creates a PDF file locally from the same puzzle seed, format, paper size, and answer order.

Print / Save PDF remains available for the system print dialog, but the dedicated PDF button gives searchers a direct file download. Booklet and monthly pack PDFs include a cover page, instruction page, puzzle sheets, answer section divider, and page numbers.

Choose one-up or two-up

One puzzle per page gives the largest cells and is best for low vision, first-time players, or anyone who wants room for pencil notes.

Two per page prints two smaller but still readable boards on a single sheet. It is useful for practice packets, family helpers, or saving paper when the solver does not need the largest possible grid.

• Use one-up for the clearest senior-friendly print.
• Use two-up for compact practice sheets.
• Use the same format on the answer page when checking later.

Keep answers separate

The puzzle sheet and answer sheet are intentionally separate. A printed puzzle or saved PDF should not reveal the solution on the same page unless the visitor chooses the answer route.

For two-per-page sheets, answers keep the same order as the puzzles. Puzzle 1 matches Answer 1, and Puzzle 2 matches Answer 2.

What this does not claim

This page should be indexed because it now points to a real PDF download workflow. It still should not claim that Large Sudoku offers a commercial PDF book catalog, bulk archives, or a server-side stored PDF file for every puzzle.

Those features can be added later if the site builds a larger export pipeline. Until then, client-side Download PDF is the honest supported path.

That distinction matters for long-term URL quality. The page answers the PDF intent with a real action today while leaving larger pack downloads for a later product milestone.
