Two per page can save paper, but it should not shrink the grid so much that large print loses its purpose. This page explains the tradeoff.
Use this format carefully
For many older adults, one puzzle per page is more comfortable. Two per page is best for users with good print quality, larger paper settings, or shorter practice sheets.
The site should not promise a two-up PDF until a dedicated PDF exporter exists.
